Knifechoice.com customers must obtain a Return Authorization # before attempting to return any merchandise to Knifechoice.com.  Certain Manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you need to check with us first.

Knifechoice.com will not accept any returned
merchandise without a valid RA#

To obtain a RA#, call 1-505-321-0730 or email us at info@knifechoice.com.  A customer service representative will give you a RA# that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork.  Return merchandise to:

Knifechoice.com will not be obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 30 days after shipment of such products to customer, excluding returns of defective product.  RA#'s have a validity period of 20 days from the date of issue.

Restocking Fees
Non-defective merchandise returned to Knifechoice.com for any reason other than a miss-ship of product, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Product must be received by us in original condition, ready for resale within 20 days of our shipping date, or it cannot be accepted for return. knifechoice.com is not a warranty repair station. All returns of defective items should be made to the manufacturer. Please contact your salesperson for return information.
